How to add comments section for competencies in performance document

Summary:

Hello,

we have set up the first part of the Performance process for the customer, i.e. goal assignment. Within this template we have the goals and the competency sections, but this last one is in view-only. We would like to add the comments section for competencies so that the manager can give guidance to the employee on which competencies to focus on.

Do you know how to handle this?
