ACA Override Upload to generate 1095C for Retirees

Summary:

Since oracle does not include retirees and cobra's in ACA can we use the ACA overload upload functionality to generate 1095C/1094C for retirees and cobra participants. Has anyone tried this? Thank you in advance.
