Is there an OTBI Creation, Modification, Deletion Audit Report Available?

Summary:

Looking to know if there an audit report available that could be run to see reports and folders that have been created, modified, or deleted. Ideally, we would like to know what users created, modified, or deleted the report/ folder and when the action was taken.
