Welcome to the Fusion Service Home Page! This page, which is only available in the Service Console mode, provides Fusion Service Agents with a comprehensive overview of their work. It includes key performance indicators, a dashboard, and a saved list all in one place. This page, which is controlled by a profile option (SVC_ENABLE_REDWOOD_SERVICE_HOME) , allows for limited extensions in this first version. It acts as a persistent home tab within the Service Center Console, summarizing your current activities and allowing for quick access to recently viewed items. Additionally, it includes a feature to monitor collaboration conversations for new messages
