Hi Team, We have following requirement. Please suggest any possible solutions to accommodate the process with in HCM application (using journeys, reports etc)

Each year, typically during December (one month window), the organization conducts an Employee Intent Survey. This survey serves as a means to gather insights from eligible employees org-wide regarding their plans for the upcoming year like whether they intend to continue their employment, retire, or explore other opportunities within (Transfer to other locations) or resign.

Employees have the flexibility to update their responses as needed within the survey window. All changes should be recorded in the system to maintain an accurate history of their intentions.
