Redwood - Talent Profile UI Performance Issues

Summary: Redwood - Talent Profile UI Performance Issues have added Certificate and it is taking years to add/ or the page becomes un responsive.

some of the list of values does not popup , like Renewal Required - has a lookup where the list of values does not show up.

Is anyone else facing similar issues. Are there any recommendations?

Please do let us know if there is anything else that we need to have configured so that the performance improves and the Ui Performance can be improved. Here is the screenshot of the page, where i have added the Certificate details and click on Save and it is just kept saving without any response.
