Benefits Relationship with multiple Active assignments

Summary:

We have an employee who has two assignments where both assignments are eligible for benefits but customer only wants to see one assignment.
We end dated and also terminated the assignment which customer doesn't require but it is reverting back as we have default benefits relationship job scheduled to run daily which is reverting back the eligibility of assignments end dated and also terminated back.
