Need Instruction Help Text for DFFs displayed in the screen in Responsive SSP Requisition UI

Summary:

Hi,
We have some dff segments created at the requisition header level. We are noticing few items in the Responsive UI rendering of the segments.
The segments have 'Instruction Help Text' which are designed to show the text as a pop up when we hover over the segment in the front end. Thats how it used to work in the older UI. But this is not working in the Responsive UI. Please let us know how we can have it rendered in the front end. This text provides important info to guide the user through the requisition entry process.
