Sub-goals within a Goal

Hello everyone,

we are facing an issue related to a client request. Within the scope of goal evaluation, the client asks us to split each individual goal into sub-goals. For example, the sales goal will be divided into 'sales - efficiency,' 'sales - effectiveness,' and so on, repeating this process for all goals. Is there a way to create a goal with a subgroup of goals within it?

This specification is crucial for us because the evaluation of the individual goal will be based on the arithmetic mean of its sub-goals.

Have you ever worked on similar requests? Have you found alternative solutions to such requests?

Howdy, Stranger!
