as HR Specialist I went into Me → Directory → I searched for a specific employee → I selected the 'Feedback' tab → I clicked the 'Add' button (in the Request Feedback section) → I selected the name of the employee who has to provide a feedback about the employee I previously searched for (in this case the feedback provider is a peer of the evaluated employee). When the feedback provider completes the feedback questionnaire, the Line Manager of the evaluated employee receives a notification, with the possibility to view the answers provided by the feedback provider.
