Hello community,
We have a requirement regarding the performance document calculation and it is to sum all the goals ratings then divide the result by the total number of goals but the employees can enter whatever number of goals they want in the goal plan(there is no specific number to divide by), so does anyone know how to build the formula to achieve this?
