Access requirements for Customer Data Management > Parties

Summary:

Hi, In order to make a change to the "Primary Address" for a customer at Party level, I believe I need access to 'Customer Data Management'. I've done what I believe I need to do for this in a test environment (I have assigned myself the Customer Data Steward role), but still can't seem to see the 'Parties' section…?

Any help/advice on what I've missed would be most welcome.
