Client recently updated their rates “Value Passed to Payroll” from Estimated to Communicated Amount on Rate setup. When processing life events on EEs, there is a Communicated Rate Period on the EEs plan enrollment rate section reflecting Estimated per pay period. The Value Passed to Payroll is accurate and posting the expected amount to Element Entries.
They processed a corrective life and I real time did it with client today; the value continue to reflect Estimated per pay period.
