Document of Record Attribute Cannot Be Set Error

Summary: We have an issue where one benefit rep is getting this sporadic error when trying to add documents to Document of Record. She drags and drops the docs and then clicks "Submit" and gets the error attached below.

She has tried different browsers, clearing cache, uploading one at a time or several at a time. She has also tried PDF's, Word docs, and emails in various forms to try and pinpoint if it's a certain doc type but the error is sporadic and occurs about once every three or four times, she uploads docs.

We have ensured roles are correct and verified she is the only Benefit Rep out of 6 others that are getting this error.
