How I can get the Employee and Manager Goal Rating in an analysis?

Hi,

I want to create an analysis to capture the Employee and Manager Goal Rating. In the Performance Rating Real Time subject area, I was able to get the Rating Level (the column is Rating Level Name), but it shows two values.

What other column can I add that would tell me which of the two values is associated with an employee or manager rating?
