How to consider Assignment Status in Performance Document Approval

edited May 16, 2024 3:26AM in Performance Management 3 comments

Summary: We are trying to consider an approval rule where Performance Document is Auto Rejected from Sharing the Document so that it is not released to the Employee while they are on Leave of Absence. While reviewing the Worker Assignment Payload, it does not appear to have the proper attributes to identify Employee on leave.

Worker's Assignment:

Task.payload.Worker's Assignment.result.Assignment Status Type

Task.payload.Worker's Assignment.result.User Active Status [Appears as if all those on Leave are still Active status]

Is there an obvious Payload value which can identify Leave Status for 'Vendor Paid Leave"
