Notification not showing approval flow to approvers

Summary:

When HR changes salary and submits. They are not able to see the approval flow after clicking on notification ( Created by me ). There is no approval flow present below.

If one of the approvers open the notification to view details, they are also not able to see approval flow.

If anyone has faced similar issue, kindly help.
