Hi Team,

Performance Document Name: 360 Degree Feedback Survey FY 24-25

Client Requirement: We need to restrict Manager to see Participant Ratings and comments in the performance document.

My Workaround: To restrict Manager to see Participant Ratings and comments in the performance document, in performance template Competency and Overall Average Ratings sections, Share Ratings and Comments we make it as “NO”.

Even though we mark it as “NO” for Competency and Overall Average Ratings sections, still manager able to see the Participant Ratings and comments in the performance document while clicking on show additional info in PD.
