Summary: Employee are not receiving notification when they receive the feedback that they requested


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): when an employee is requesting for feedback, the person from whom the feedback is requested is notified and now when he/she provides and submits the requested feedback, the employee who requested for feedback isn't notified that feedback has been provided.

Could somebody please help with this.
