Termination Life Event for New Hires

Summary: My client has a situation where the new hire life event needs to be manually closed and the termination life event needs to be manually ran for those employees who are terminated within their new hire window. We would like the ability to have the termination life event automatically close the new hire life event (or any life event on started status) and then run. This is currently a manual process that when they have a hiring peak uses up a lot of man hours.
