Unable to download Redwood Personalization Helper Tool

Summary:

I got access to the CoE and tried to download the .dmg file for Mac, the file downloaded, and when I try to open it on my desktop, I get the error that says: "HCM Redwood Personalization Helper cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified".

Any idea how I can get this resolved? Thanks
