Position Attribute not available when creating User-Defined Criteria

Summary:

Hi all. We have a DFF field on the position that we need to pull into Eligibility Profiles. The field might be blank, have X data, or Y data. If it has X it will go with one Eligibility Profile, if it has Y, it will go with another, and no criteria/EPs needed if blank. The issue is that when I am attempting to create the UD Criteria, I'm not seeing the Position Attributes as an option, just what is below:

I've read this section of the Imp Ben guide: , and pretty sure I did everything accurately, but I'm still not getting the expected results. Any suggestions for pulling in a DFF on a position into an Eligibility Profile? Thank you!
