Hi Experts,
May I know if anybody built the custom resource alert to trigger the absence approval reminders based on absence type different days to be considered for reminders.
Ex: Casual leave with less than 2 days duration reminder should trigger 3rd day from the absence request raised
Casual leave with more than 2 days duration reminder should trigger 4th day from the absence request raised
Sick leave with less than 2 days duration reminder should trigger 2nd day from the absence request raised
