Can employees continue to update their goal status after their performance document is assigned

Summary:

  • Can employees continue to update their goal status (i.e. complete, not started, in progress etc.) after their performance document is assigned to them / after they submit for approval so that the leader sees the latest status? Or is a point that goal status changes are not visible to their leader?
  • If employee goals are not completed (i.e. status - not started, in progress etc.) if we want to automate the process rolling over these goals into the next goal period using the 'extend goal' functionality can we do this as a bulk process (e.g. all 'in progress' items get extended) or do they need to be extended one by one as a manual process?

Howdy, Stranger!
