Is there a simple way to create a report based on Service request, Work Order and Debrief?
we are working to create a report that will include information from the Service request and all the work that was done by the engineer.
the entity structure we need (or subject area) need to include the following entities:
Service request
—> Work orders
—> Debrief (estimations, part requirement, actual, etc.)
can this be done in OTBI in some way?
