Resource Organization Hierarchy
Hi all –
I need some advice on setting up the Organization hierarchy where the Vice President has direct reports.
I have 3 divisions under my main company.
Division One has a VP and two sub-division under him, both sub-divisions have individual Managers. Their dashboard repots roll up correctly for their managers to see their direct reports and the VP to see everyone underneath both managers
Division Two has a VP and has one sub-division with a manager and a second sub-division with no manager but two sales people who report directly to the VP.
- The first sub-division working as expected with the manager being able to see his direct reports and the VP being able to see their manager as well as the manager’s direct repots.
