modifying approval notification process
Summary:
 Dears, 
 Currently, when an employee submits a request, such as 
business duty travel, and it enters the approval cycle, both the 
requester and all approvers receive notifications regarding the approval
 status. However, the approval notification reveals all the approvals in
 the approval history, even to the requester. 
 We are 
exploring the feasibility of modifying this notification process so that
 the requester is only notified upon final approval, without access to 
the approval history. Meanwhile, the approvers would still be able to 
view the approvals in the notification for transparency and 
accountability purposes.
