Fast Formula for Certificate Request and Plan Suspension - Benefits

We have a process where the Fast Formula of the type "Enrollment Certification Required" needs to validate some conditions regarding an option called "Education" within a benefits plan "[BR] Differentiation Program". It should suspend the plan for HR to verify if everything is correct, and if so, release the pending action that will be generated in the benefits module to remove the plan suspension.

We have these 3 scenarios where, when they occur, the formula should suspend the plan and request certification when the enrollment in the benefits module is completed. However, the formula only has a trigger when the event is generated and not when the enrollment is submitted, whereas in the tool's native process, the plan is suspended when the enrollment is submitted.
