What is "Street Level" definition for OFS Routing?

I've missed asking this question during the Customer Connect 24B Field Release Webinar. There's a new feature called bulk routing SLR travel time option in 24B. I am just wondering, what is "Street Level" mean for OFS? What criteria included like traffic-consideration, etc?
