Can someone guide me where to go to add a checkbox question to an existing Application Component?

Summary:

I need to add a check box question to an application but can’t find how to add it. I can see the section I want to add it to in Career Center Pages under Application Components to an existing part of the application, but there are no options for me to add a new checkbox, just the option to “Insert Dynamic HTML.” I'm not sure where to go from here.
