[HELP] Calculate a “birthday date” field manually

Good morning,

Here is my request:

I work for a real estate group, so we have tenant clients.
In the database, in a CDO I have a “Lease start date” field which is filled in. From this date, I would like to populate a new field which would be titled "next lease anniversary date" so that each year this date is populated with the lease start date +1, +2, +3 years etc... Do you have an idea?
