Reassign activities between resources to optimize the routes after activities are assigned

Summary:

Hi Cloud Community! We want to reassign activities to make each resource route optimized when a routing plan runs.
For example, if currently there are 3 Resources R1, R2, and R3 having activities associated with locations (zipcode) A, B and C are assigned as follows :
(Case 1)
R1- A,B
R2 - A,B
R3- A, C
Is it possible to run a routing plan in such a way that the routing plan reassigns these activities to assign it in an optimized manner (assuming these resources have the right workskill, workzone and capacity):
