Journey access for Offboarding

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have created the offboarding journey. When HR terminate an employee with resignation action journey will trigger.

our requirement HR should access the offboarding journey as well as they can access for onboarding and other journey. I have checked the setup as well. but still HR not able to search that employee which they have terminated. he have a seeded role access HR Specialist.
