Ranking candidates after the job posting is closed

Summary:

We are using the ranking and online questions to rank candidates when they apply for role. However there are times when 50% of candidates meet the ranking criteria and our recruiters would like to cut this down further. Is it possible for Taleo to parse or rank it again if we will add ranking for Resume keyword
to further rank the candidates after the applications are closed? Thanks
