Web page field for career centre

Summary:

Hello we are trying to add new field in our career centre however the question is too long and the type is picklist. When we looked at our existing career centre, we can see that we are able to capture long questions but couldnt see that functionality now.

We have a few picklist and text answers in career centre which was created as below. Where can we find this and what is our other option to allow long questions in career centre. thanks
