HR Should get the list of all employees assigned wit journeys

Hello,

I have a requirement where when I enter the system as an HR and access: My Client Groups > Journeys > Assigned Journeys.

Here I as an HR will have to search for the users and then view their journeys. But sometimes when I just want to review the status of journeys pending in system, this functionality becomes confusing to search and see record for all.

Is there a way to enable this feature on the page such that as soon as HR enters the screen they are able to see everyone on the page.
