Recruiting collecting system for candidates applications

Regarding the recruiting module, the client would like to have a collecting system of the spontaneous/quick applications of the candidates so that the system has these characteristics:

For the Candidate, there must be a link for the access to the quick applications page where the candidate has the possibility to insert information such as name, surname, mail address and a flag for accepting the data processing. There also must be a reminder email for completing the application later;

For the Recruiting Office, there must be the possibility to access to the page of the collected quick applications of the candidates and the recruiters must be able to see the status of the selection process, in order to send reminder to the candidate or for reporting.
