Accommodate multiple Organizations in single Field Service Cloud environment
Summary: More than one business groups / organizations in a single Field Service Cloud environment.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are live with OFS for a business division and in the works to implement it for a separate business division. We would like to have a common environment - the two business groups are different, their Business Rules / Workflow / Properties/ Screen layouts for Technicians / Plug ins and by and large the data coming in and out of OFS is different.
Is there a way to accommodate this in OFS? Most of the configurations in OFS are global - we do not want to impact the existing implementation and add a second organization. This is similar to having multiple Operating Units in Oracle E Business Suite.
