Hi Team,

I have created a questionnaire and added it to check in document.

  1. When the check in document is added through Eligibility Batch Process - we saw that the employee needs to go to edit section of the check in document and add the questionnaire. Is it possible to automatically add this check-in.
  2. Once the questionnaires are answered, we do not want the employee to edit it. How can we restrict it.
  3. What steps should be done so that I can see this check-in as part of the performance document. We have ensured both Check-in and Performance document review period is same. Kindly assist.
