Creating Cross Ledger Allocation

I wish to create a cross ledger allocation.

My expenses should be allocated to 3 more ledgers.
However I want my rule to pick balance from an expense account and off-set it to a different temporary account.
Is this possible? If yes then can anyone guide me how
