A candidate advised that they are receiving job alert emails even though they mentioned that they did not opt-in to receive these. Is there a way to unsubscribe the candidate (from the recruiter/HR end to provide assistance) from these job alerts?
Also, would deleting the candidate record (application and base candidate profile) also accomplish this task as the candidate asked to have their profile removed from the system?
