Is there any Webservices available to Create the Profile class (Customer Profile) at Customer Party

Hi Team,

One of our Client has the requirement to maintain the profile Class at the Customer party level to maintain the Credit limit, Credit Rating and other fields which will be available at Profile class. Is there any Webservices available to Create the Profile class (Customer Profile) at Customer Party Level?
