Auto Allocate new instance of same Journey when Journey Completes

edited May 30, 2024 10:58PM in Journeys 3 comments

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I have a business requirement that requires a particular Checklist/Journey always to be allocated to an employee. For example, when a new employee starts at my organisation, checklist 'X" will be auto allocated. When the employee completes checklist 'X', a new instance of checklist 'X' would need to be allocated.

Is anyone aware if functionally exists that would auto allocate the new instance of the same checklist as soon as the checklist is completed.

Please let me know if you need additional information.

Thanks
