Compensation salary after transfer to core HR is off by a few cents

Transfer compensation to HR - annualized salary is off by some cents

After I ran the process to Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR, to validate data, I exported data from WFC and an salary report from CoreHR. The comparison is always off. Some employees salary have a new cents off. It don't believe it is rounding as you can see the data comparison below. The transfer seems to both add or subtract a few pennies.

Has anyone seen this issue and how to fix this?
