Upon candidate's e-sign on offer letter, send offer letter to candidate as an attachment via email

We need to implement a system where-in once the candidate (internal and external) has done an e-sign on the offer letter, an email should be sent automatically to the candidate's email with signed offer letter as attachment. This email should be triggered when the status is changed to ACCEPTED in the fusion upon the candidate's e-sign.
