Redwood check-in document unexpected behaviors

Hello everyone,

We have just started to check the Redwood functionalities pertaining to Talent Management domain.

In case of check-ins, we stumbled into some issues while checking the available functionalities.

First of all, we discovered that there was an issue even with accessing properly the performance spotlight page by employees and line managers, which seems to be caused by missing permissions of our custom employee role. The issue was that once accessing the performance spotlight page in Redwood, this kept loading without results (basically a blank page). While reading through some other discussions on the CCC platform, we observed that the role "Use REST Service - Talent Worker Check-Ins" would be required, which we don't have in our custom role (and was also not required in order to use check-in
