Performance Review Notification - Message

Upon checking this link seems to be part of the seeded layout as this link is not existing on the editable fields that Oracle offers, see below.

You will notice on the highlighted in gray texts ( These are the fields that are updatable ) there is no details about the link above hence it is coming from the seeded layout Oracle has, I have also checked the Mid-year output just to double check if this is something new on year-end and noticed that it is the same, see below.

Maybe someone here know how to fix it? Thanks
