Requisition approval email notification is using old template for few users
Summary
Business has created a custom layout for Requisition approval email notification. This custom notification was working for all users in other instance. Now in new instance there are only few users who are not getting the notifications in new layout. But we already checked all the set up/properties in Reports and Analytics is same in both instances and the roles are also same.
Is there any synchronization process that needs to be run to make sure all users are getting the custom layout?
Did anyone else has faced this issue?
