Journey notification link no more shows the previous tasks performed by previous participants
Summary:
Hi Team,
Earlier, when Journey notifications were sent to the next participant of the journey (line manager/HR) to access the task, the link used to take us to the page where line manager could view the previous task performed by employee (previous participant), which would help him to take decision if he wanted to approve or reject the request.
However, after 24B, bell notification link takes line manager to the specific task (approve or reject question in questionnaire) which means that we are asking LM to approve what they can’t see (unless they come out of the screen and go back in via My Team > Journeys > Assigned tasks).
