Proactive Chat Host Customer Portal

We are working on enabling proactive chat but do not seem to be able to modify the host url for the customer portal (CP) that pops-up after accepting the proactive chat offer.  We seem to only be able to modify and/or add the path however. 

We have 2 test environments (tst, tst2) and one production environment.

The customer portal (CP) window pop-up that launches from accepting the proactive chat in (tst) environment is launching the production version of the CP

Can someone provide directions for modifying the host URL (CP) in the EE or is this a configuration that Oracle must modify via service request?
